order will only be shipped once your payment is processed and
the ship-to address is verified. Your package will
generally ship within one to three business days after you place

No.
Would you really want us to leave your new watch in your mailbox
or by your door? Our couriers require your signature when
they deliver your package. You may find it convenient to
have your order shipped to your place of employment.
Please note, if you would like us to ship a parcel to an address
that is different from the billing address, you must notify the
credit card issuing bank, & ask them to add the
"alternate shipping address" on file, before placing
your order.

you ship internationally? |

Yes,
we ship internationally via UPS insured and US Post Office
insured. Please email our customer service with your exact
shipping address & item you are interested in purchasing, to
receive a quote on shipping costs and payment instructions.
Please note, on international transactions, we accept only money
orders, cashiers checks, and bank wire transfers. We do
not accept international credit cards or international payment
through PayPal. *CUSTOMS/DUTY/TAXES are not included, and
are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please
contact your local customs office or UPS office, for exact
customs/duty fees/taxes, as each country has different fees.
We do not undervalue items on customs forms.

items with custom set bezels &/or dials, we will clearly
mark them as such in the item description. Selling a
counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of
federal law. We buy our watches through established,
legitimate distribution channels at the best possible cost and
we pass the savings on to you. You get genuine merchandise
at exceptionally low prices.

is your return policy? |

A
return authorization from U-Click Timepieces is required prior
to returning any merchandise. All returns will be subject
to a 10% restocking fee. All new watches & watch
accessories must be returned in new, unused condition, within 3
business days of receipt. Returns of new items may be
refused if the item has been used, worn, sized, or altered from
its original condition in any way. All pre-owned watches
must be returned in the exact condition in which it arrived at
your door and packed as such, within 3 business days of receipt.
Returns of any pre-owned items may be refused if the item has
been further worn or altered from the condition in which
it arrived at your door, in any way. Because the items we
sell require special care to protect them during shipping, we
ask that you return them in their original packing.
Special orders, including special order watches &
accessories, are not returnable. All
watches over $7000.00 are considered special order.
Above return policy does not apply to items purchased from our
company, through Ebay auction site - all items
purchased from our company, through Ebay auction site, are final
sale.
