All watches purchased from U-Click Timepieces' website come with our 1-year limited warranty, covering the watch movement.  Watch accessories purchased from U-Click Timepieces are covered by our 30 day limited warranty, covering any manufacturer defects.  * Above warranty does not apply to items purchased from U-Click Timepieces through Ebay.  On items purchased from U-Click Timepieces through Ebay, please see item description for warranty details.
 

All watches purchased from U-Click Timepieces are guaranteed 100% authentic.  On items with custom set (aftermarket) bezels &/or dials, we will clearly mark them as such in the item description.  Selling a counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of federal law.  We buy our watches through established, legitimate distribution channels at the best possible cost and we pass the savings on to you.  You get genuine merchandise at exceptionally low prices.  
  

A return authorization from U-Click Timepieces is required prior to returning any merchandise.  All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  All new watches & watch accessories must be returned in new, unused condition, within 3 business days of receipt.  Returns of new items may be refused if the item has been used, worn, sized, or altered from its original condition in any way.  All pre-owned watches must be returned in the exact condition in which it arrived at your door and packed as such, within 3 business days of receipt.  Returns of any pre-owned items may be refused if the item has been further worn or altered from the  condition in which it arrived at your door, in any way.  Because the items we sell require special care to protect them during shipping, we ask that you return them in their original packing. Special orders, including special order watches, & accessories, are not returnable.  All watches priced over $7,000.00 are considered special order.  All items purchased from our company, through Ebay auction site, are final sale.
 

We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as fulfilling, confirming, and tracking your order.  We consider information about you strictly confidential and do not make it available to anyone outside our company.  We will never rent, share, or sell your email address or personal information to any other companies.
